my kind request is not rate members! this leads to indiscrimination towards others. a least rating causes envy. so rating a member itself is not good idea and not fair too. each will have their own value and self respect. members will try to do their best, but few wont. as there is a quote 'No one plan to fail, but few fail to plan'

so requesting to stop this.
