Hi

There is running bus with 7 girls inside.
Each girl has 7 bags.
Inside each bag, there are 7 big cats,
Each big cat has 7 small cats,
All cats have 4 legs each!

Question: How many legs are there inside the bus?


The total number of Legs would be the password for this file:

If you can't open the file, the answer you obtained is wrong.

The number of girls in the bus is = 7, so the number of human legs becomes = 14

As mentioned, each girl has 7 bags, so total bags = 49

Each cat has 7 kittens and each bag has 7 Cats. so 7x7=49kittens + 7 = 56
Thus, Cats per Bag = 56

So, total cats = 56 x 49 = 2744

Since each cat has 4 legs each, total cat Legs = 2744 x 4 = 10976

So, total legs = 10976 + 14(girl legs ) = 10990

Which opens the file.

7(small cats)+1(big cat)=8 * 7(big cats)=56(Total cats inside one bag)

56*7(bags)=392(total cats for each girl)

392*7(girls)=2744(total cats for every girl)

2744*4(lags)=10976(total lags)

10976+14(7 girls lags)=10990

Its been long time since I had worked on these types of puzzle during my fresher days, for myself… and to ask when I go for campus recruitments for my company.

Scenario:
There is a bus with 7 girls inside,

conductor one's is optional. there are may busses where there is no conductors .
but wat i feel is that the question is bogus COZ THE DRIVER MAY ONE OF THE GIRLS MENTIONED WHO TOO HAS BAGS LIKE OTHERS. SO ITS NOT A GREAT QUESTION TO TEST SOME1'S APTITUDE.
