My Blog Sucks , need advise

See , it is not that much good , i saw many blogs with many features , Plugins i think .
So , what should i do to improve traffic ?

No blog sells merely by its presentation. Its all about content and more content. I've seen some really ugly blogs out there, but with great content.
True that your blog does use a standard template, which does kind of suck. But keep the content going, and you will have your visitors. Be patient, let google do its thing.
If you choose to use a non-standard template, they tend to have conflicts with widgets. If you can let go of widgets, there are some very nice templates at http://blogger-templates.blogspot.com/. Many of which might even work with widgets...
Also, you need to imbibe some SEO techniques. For starters, change that "Max Damon's Life" to something more elaborate. "Blogger>Settings>Templates> and change the text between the title tags...
Hope I was of some use.

well as goobi pointed its content thts the core no matter who u quote in ur title u need to have a focussed topic and others should be secondary 1 topic or area should be primary that brings readers to ue blog ... and not to forget the quality of writing

checked out ur blog. the posts are very short. and the mutal find one that is copied entirely from wikipedia won't help u in getting traffic. guys would instead go ti wikipedia. out original and slightly long posts

Also, your post titles need some work
Like instead of "Weee" you could put something that relates to the content in addition like "Weee (whatever that video is about). Search engines give more importance to Titles, Headers, and such rather plain text.
Also your images need alternate text
<img src="http://www.whatever.com/aishwarya.jpg" alt="Aishwarya Rai in a sexy pose right here in this technology blog" />
All this is if you want to get more search engine traffic. Your blog will suck nonetheless if you don't have good content...and those that come through the search engines will go away just as well...
