A file or a folder or My Documents?????

I have a problem with the my phone's external memory card.
Inside the cards folders an exe file with a folder icon and name similar to any folder in the card appears. When double clicked it shows My documents.
Deleting it doesnt work. It is reborn again & again.
What is this and someone tell how to get rid of it.
