ram n mobo working query

if sum1 gives me a ram and a mobo bought in us, will it work in india.
i hv heard that the power supply thr is 110v/60hz unlike here which is 220/50hz.
will this cause ne problem.

i have both RAM (corsair ddr2 800) & m/b (intel 965wh) from USA, they work fine.

what differs is the PSU's input not its output.

so get the PSU in India
