The story centers on an artist, Om (Shahrukh khan), who grows up in the seventies, meets the love of his life (Deepika padukone) and shortly thereafter suffers an untimely demise. He is immediately reincarnated and the story flash-forwards to the present day. Haunted by the memories of his past life and love, he attempts to not only solve the mystery of his death, but also reunite with the love of his past life. The problem is that she is now much older than him and does not believe that he is the reincarnation of the man she once loved.

Direction,screenplay and story is by Farah Khan,Shahrukh khan is producing the movie.. Choreography also done by farah khan

Because the story was very stupid and predictable. Its only because of Heavy promotion (and SRK), that this film doing well.By the way, some ppl are actually liking the story too. I'd say Bhool Bhulaliya had a better story.
