Help-Short term courses/Mumbai

Are there any short term technical courses(proabably 3 days course) in Mumbai that can be done after graduation?

I searched in google and found this MSBTE(Maharashtra State Board of Tech Edu) site..but I cant access this site. If anybody could access the site, then may I request to provide any info or documents here?

And wheres the contact office for MSBTE in Mumbai?

i ve done electronics engg and recommendation of anything related to computers, embedded etc courses will be helpful to me.

also will it help if i do learn any programming language like VC++, Java? Which is better? what are the course fees for these languages and how many months?
