What Monitor Resoulution do you prefer ?
Any particular reasons ? Or Just using the default settings 
I use the default setting.

1280x800 : Becoz mine is a wide screen LCD monitor and it works best with this resolution and 32-Bit color quality.

the current trend as of January 2007 was:
Resolutions :
Higher 26%
1024x768 54%
800x600 14%
Others 6%
was just thinking about it in view of my new site. rt now - no horizontal scrolling even for 800x600... but maybe i shud consider optimizing it for 1024x768.
OOPS ! I hope the mods will add a "other" option.

Who would have a resolution of 1280x720? Isn't that 16:9? I don't think any desktop screens have 16:9 but I could be wrong.
This one I'm kind of lost at: 1280x600.

1024*768.
I am not using default setting. The screen looks good in 1024*768. In 800*600, all icons look big and it stresses my eyes. And resolutions>1024*768 are not supported by my GPU. So its 1024*768.

@Unknown: What default setting you talking about? 640*480 is a very low resolution, and is 'default' only on some of those old 14 inch monitors. Anything above 15inch has an 'ideal resolution' above 800*600....
