change its extension from .exe to anything else, attach it and send. But it should be less than 10MB.

Most of them do not check inside archives..., But Gmail does....

I think it is not possible to send that even if you ZIP that (especially in GMAIL)

But remember to remind the other person to change it after receiving. Pando enables sending large attatchments.

But it would be a better option to upload it to any site like rapidshare, megaupload or easyshare
