Common- Saurav (yea that's my damn name and most probably the most common in Indiia  )
Uncommon- I have a friend named Upal. It's a Bengali word, means 'a piece of stone'. Also I have a 'dada' whose name is Sankalan (Bengali), means- A group of stories/poems etc.
Those two names so far the rare most I found
