Hi!

I wanted to ask few questions about ebay which are:-

1)Do ebay charge for a listing even if it is not sold?

2)Are there any charge for relisting.

3)What are the charges for items lying between Re 1 to Rs 1000.

Ebay is here to make money from the sellers.

Ans 1. Ebay will charge you even if the item is not sold and that is called as the listing fees. Ones the item is sold, there is a Final Value Fees of 5-6% of the item price plus if the buyer has purchased the item through Paisapay, there is another 5% charge. There is no listing charge for items like books and magazines

Ans 2. Every time you list or relist you need to pay a charge.

Ans 3. The listing charges is Rs.1/- for 7 days plus taxes per item. If you use the special things like bold, border, subtitle, you will have to pay extra. Ones you start selling the item you will realise that you are not making a profit. Also, ones your items are sold they will start calling you and bug you to use featured listing etc.

You can try your luck on ebay if you want....
