NEFT Queries

I don't know anything about how to activate NEFT. I have an ICICI account and an ATM/Debit card. How do I avail the NEFT facility? I don't know if Internet Banking is enabled or not on my account. How do I verify that?

Sorry for noob like queries, but I am just beginning online transactions. TIA.

You need to enable Net Banking with ICICI and you will get a login and a (initial) password for your ICICI Net Banking account. Later you'll have to set a login ID, transaction ID, with your account and those details along with the random numbers from the back of your debit card would be asked during any transation.
Contact the Customer Care at ICICI to ask for the login details. They usually dispatch those in a week to your address.
