All-in-one Desktop -- Buy in US and Use in India

I'm deliberating between Lenovo Ideacentre A700 and MSI WindTop AE2280 All-in-one desktops.

Unfortunately both these are not yet released in India and are currently available in the US market -- so thinking of having it bought over there and shipped / brought to India by a friend.

Wanted to know the community feedback on getting a new desktop from other country and using it in India -- primarly from the fact that the warranty may not be valid in India and this is a new product launched even in US just a few months back.
