Facebook probs

Guys i have been using facebook for quite a while. Today i noticed that xxxx has accepted ur friend request. i did not give any friend request to this guy xxxx.. i am sure about it.. is it that someone hacked my account or its a facebook glitch? cos 2 or 3 times i had similar stuff happening.. please tell me wat i shud do

if you feel that your account is hacked or behaving malicious then first change your password, check your privacy settings (it sucks btw)....
