jeff hardy left because he couldnt pass the drug tests regularly and TNA doesnt care about any drug policy.

nxt is just a new avatar of the earlier tough enough.not worthy of a watch

Maybe its wisdom of age that makes it less fun...
When i was kid, i never believed the fact that it is all staged... so I was eager to see it...
But as i entered my teenage, i could clearly figure it "OH! That move looks really fake".
Maybe that stole the excitement in it...

Staged means scripting of the sequence of acts or end-result or both
Watch "The Wrestler" movie to get a vague idea about how wrestling works...

To explain it more in detail, lets say we both are wrestlers....
behind the ring we have no hardships, rivalry, competition between us...
Now suppose our manager comes and tells us that there will be a match between the two of us... then we will both decide which moves we will be doing in the ring and the scenes of climax....
The manager may also add who should win in the end so as to make that match a part of a bigger story or to arouse anticipation and interest among viewers...
