Getting payments in INDIA

I am a freelance designer who have some clients in US. I used to get payment through Xoom or Paypal but recently there has been some problem with both of them.

Paypal is not accepting payments for services offered and Xoom is not taking payments through paypal or creditcard on client side. Can someone tell me if there is any alternate service to take help from. Also if you can tell me the charges for the same.

the best part with Xoom was that the sender used to bear the cost. Please suggest

Does that mean we can recieve payment from US client for services and not for goods. Last time my payment made a payment and the deposit went back to him after 2 days.

yes you can take payment from US.
Just ask your client to send payment for service, not as personal payment.

Personal payment for India is currently suspended.
