Where should I report this un-ethical practice of digit?

I have a problem with this website. I have ordered a copy last week online. The amount was instantly debited from my bank account. Its 7 days now and there has been NO RESPONSE to my e-mail to help@thinkdigit.com or my phone call to (022) 40789612. I have all the e-mail records as well as my order no.
Let me see if some responsible person replies to this thread. (As you can see from my join date I was a regular subscriber of this magazine those days when chip turned into digit but now losing confidence terribly)
Sorry if this has been posted in the wrong section. I was not able to create a thread in the feedback section.

Why don't u try calling their helpline for details.
