i use gmail to get really quick prompt for rec. emails on gtalk.
gtalk use less system resouces and no annoying ads or prompts.

i used yahoo for really long time but after that script error which hangs whole Firefox.
i switched to gmail

I'm using yahoomail, gmail, and hotmail. Between them, there's nothing I can say that I prefer one over the other.
