Help Needed to buy 22' LCD or WLED Monitor

I am thinking to buy an 22' monitor and short listed following Two monitors from AOC

1) AOC 22" Wide - V22 Verfino

2) AOC Model 22" Wide - 2236Vw

Price in Nashik: Rs. 9,500/-

So guys please suggest which one I should go for. The Important Question is is worth (by giving Rs. 5000 Extra) to go for a WLED monitor.
