About an Xbox 360 Controller Purchase

I am planning to buy a wired Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.
I talked to my hardware vendor who is a good friend of mine.. he said that it would cost me 1750/- from Jaipur. (I reside in Bhilwara, Rajasthan).

I want to know, is this a good buy??
In gaming section, someone said that it would cost 1200/- from Lamington Road, Mumbai.
As my cousin is going to mumbai in 1-2 days, I could get it from him.
Can anyone please tell me some shop names and addresses, so i could tell my cousin to look for.
And how much will wireless one will cost??
P.S.- I also contacted TheITWares, and they said it would cost me 1900/- from them.

First off, wrong section to post the query in. There was a deal going on for it on TechEnclave forums for the controller @1.25k shipped, but I guess it closed down later on. In Bombay, your cousin would need to hunt for the shops manually. I remember my purchase being so hectic back then at Lamington road. Although I do recollect a shop called Ninja Electronics.
