Help Regarding Paypal - FAst !

They have limited my account access adn telling me to provide proof of address or get verified . Since i cant add another credit card i cant be verified . Old credit cards were netsafe cards which get removed after use by HDFC bank .

So what is a proof of address ? I am an engineering student in Bengalore .

P.S : - I accidently upgraded to premium member , i know there are no any monthly charges but i wanna know if i receive payment from someone from paypal account will the 3.9% charge thing will apply to it or not ?

just confirm location that is easiest .
they will send physical mail to that adress just enter the numbers

the same problem is with me , but after selecting location option it says "this service is currently not available try other option " .


what to do , we both are stuck .

Well cant you people try VCC (though its illegal to do so .. but if you dont have real CC then you are stuck)

And please give us more details what exactly happened before this .. what you people did transacted before this limitations ..?
Did you received considerable amount of money just before that or transferred considerable amount of money..

try calling their helpline from skype

if you guys have passport,PAN card,any address proof then upload it to them

^^ he has also tried VCC , Also by my knowledge of paypal i could say that it is either a USA paypal ID or a bug in paypal .because this screen is rare in indian paypals .

my advise : if u dont have any $ in paypal or anything added , and it is limited , JUST FORGET PAYPAL , move to alternatives like Liberty Reserve or PerfectMoney *(moneybookers or egold is not recommed ) .

actually i buyed something from some guy for 1 $ , then after 3 hours he told that we are currently not accepting that item , so he returned my money and i got was $0.59 , he sent $0.93 the paypal deducted something then i got $0.59 , now after that the limited my account .
