Bangalore BSNL BB Connection

hi,
One of my friend is in Bangalore for the first time and is all alone there. He dont know anyone there and in urgency needs a BB connection. There are a lot of options like reliance.. tata but we decided upon BSNL as we need speed.

Can someone guide me where is the nearest office of BSNL from Adugodi and how long do they take to give the connection... and what is the process... is there any agent there who can take the headache and do this for us.

Check if Railwire is available there. Its available in Madiwala and in some areas of BTM.
