I am getting mails daily from someone named Prerana whose email id is from thinkdigit. Is it a SPAM BOT ???

yeah i'm getting a mail from that "prerana" thing/person every single day .. but thankfully that thing/person is sending in one mail a day so i just delete it ...

Whenever I mailed to customer care about anything (missing copy, faulty cd/dvd or subscription) I got replies from that mail id.
