Default Which bandwidth monitor application?

Guys, can you suggest me which is the most user friendly and power full desktop resident bandwidth measurement tool.

My requirements are:

1) It should display seprate download/upload speed.
2) It should keep speed log on hourly basis. Even minute result will be good.
3) It should also keep download/upload log on daily/hourly basis.
4) It should not consume any bandwidth and should never indulge in activities other than bandwidth measurement.
5) User friendly and less RAM usage.

I am testing a few i have downloaded, but it wld be nice to have ur feedback as well..
