Airtel DTH Vs. Tata sky Which one has better customer care support?

I finalized on Airtel DTH and tata sky. I heard from many tata sky owners that their customer care is better than any one else. Is it true?

I find airtel DTH has more adv. than tata sky . but don't know abt their customer care support.
Airtel dth has more flexibale packages and has universal remote but tata sky has it's better customer care support.
So for which one should I go for?

this DTH stuff is getting to me too .. can't figure out which one to buy ..

tata sky or dish tv or SUN DTH {sun seems good...but dunno about its quality}

all i know for sure is that i don't wanna buy AIRTEL

^ yeah but the problem is my cable guy is a huge POS... 2-3 days tak continuously cable hi nahi rehta ... and that idiot doesn't even pick up the phone when we call to complain ...

then which dth (from all of that) offers better service than any other(at least little bit) ?

WHAT I NEED IS
no frequent changes in packages
better after sell service
no negative balancing
and last good quality of software and STB.

^^ I went for local cale wallah's set top box.
I am paying 250 bucks per month and am getting 180+ channels at crystal clear quality (no difference between local STB and satellite TV). If you want every single channel broadcasted in India on your TV, go for local STB. Similar pack costs 450+ rupees in these satellite TV packages.
