For the past two years i have seen the increase in topics like 9/11 and movies like zeitgeist explaining about the way money is handled giving us more awareness of the time we are living in
and anyone who is not into conspiracy can easily come across these topics because of the internet/alternative media
so what is you're take on this?

but if the world is run by few wealthy people and the media is controlled why are they letting this out after all these years and why is it intensifying now and how much of that do you believe?
don't tell me that internet is not controlled i've heard that it is used as a tool for gathering information on people...

You can control media but not every person's independent thoughts. And then Internet is not something you can directly control with a single click of button.

Not all conspiracy thing is true, some of the straw ones are purposely made so as to debunk them easily, while some are made just to get some bucks out of it and show that all conspiracy things are nothing but BS.

First thing they want is that we protest. This will give them an excuse to pass out weird laws. Remember patriot act, FEMA, TADA etc ! Domesitc forces and conscription are another step towards it. You cannot possibly do it telling the actual reason, so you say it with sugar coated words, false sense of patriotism and incidents like 9/11. It's when you yourself putting an Axe on your toes.

Idiot box is one of the media that has manipulated and reflected our lifestyle. We don't see anything good in something without a popular brand or our favorite celibrity posing for an ad for it. The whole sensationalism thing is kinda diverting us. If you are not upto the trend then you are frowned upon by your fellow mates. Here the topic ends and starts everytime.

There is some truth among all scattered manipulated truths.

What folly is this, toasting an independent press? There is no such thing, at this date of the World's history, in America, as an independent press. You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press? We are the tools and vassals of "rich men" [Biblical ref.] behind the scenes. well i was around these conspiracy folks for last two years i have seen enough of propaganda on these conspiracy forums to tell others where to look for answers
i observed some people being inspired by the zeitgeist movie and thought i could help out those people but i guess this is a wrong forum

so mods do me a favor by deleting this thread and removing my account please
