Cool ->> GPRS in Delhi: Help me choose <<-

hello all,
i have a friend who has just shifted to delhi. she will be staying in delhi for 1 year and is a student. she needs a gprs connection in her cell. presently she is having Vodafone prepaid. i advised her to get the Cellone postpaid 199 per month gprs scheme...but i doubt she will get any post paid connections over there...wht should i recoomend her to take...she needs the gprs connection only for browsing purposes and NOT for downloading...suppose, she gets a post paid cellone connection in her home state and then can she use this sim in delhi??
help me guys!

Don't know about roaming charges, but BSNL cellone should work in Delhi as well(using MTNL network). Else she can take an MTNL connection here, EDGE charges are Rs. 350pm for unlimited use(please get it confirmed). If usage is very low, she can use EDGE on !dea prepaid.

Airtel 30p/50KB. Check idea's site for their pay as you use plans. Vodafone charges 199Rs pm as rent, and then you pay as you use.
