Default Need some help!!!!!!!!!!!

hi everyone,


Need some help!!!!! My brother who is a working professional, recently to shifted to Mumbai and also getting married in few months. He has been working for almost 4 years. Because of his work nature he started putting on weight rapidly.


Since he is getting married, he suddenly became conscious of his physique. I suggested him many options such drinking lots of water, doing yoga & jogging. I also advised him to join a gym. To help him out, I started collecting info about which gyms in Mumbai will be better. Found many websites, for example http://mumbai.88db.com/mum/Services/...Image=1&Page=1
but still not satisfied with the amount of information.


And I am also wondering can I advise him to go for "Sauna Belt" may be some other weight reducing equipment.


Plzzzzzzzz people suggest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
