Default Family Tree Software

I am looking for a free family tree building (genealogy) software.
It needs to support unlimited entries.
It must have plenty of options to enter and must have a searchable database.
It needs to be capable of storing obscure extremely long names.
I need additional data space for indivuduals like photo, comments, notes, etc.
Linux compatibility will be welcome.

I currently found only one software - GRAMPS http://www.gramps-project.org/wiki/i...itle=Main_Page
It agrees to most of my specs. Anything better ?

head over to Dynastree and see it it helps. Its pretty simple and has almost all the features that you want. However, I am not sure if there is any desktop version; look around the site a bit to find out.
