Overclocking of ma gpu....feasible or not?

Now..ma gpu 7300 xfx is getting outdate and ma mind is planning to buy a new one...but before doing dat..i want to try overclocking ma gpu..now is it possible to do that on ma gpu with a jetway mtherbrd 945 intel chipset....intel dual 1.6 ghz ...and if yes how to do it?...nd anther ques..will it be able to run the games after overclocking?

will it be able to run newer games==NO

will u be able to overclock it==YES

will u get any performance increments==A LITTLE at lower res like 800x600

u can use apps like riva tuner and overclock it but i dont think u can go any higher than atmost 30-40mhz increment in core speed and 10-20 in memory.

u can always check online reviews for ur card for theoverclocking limit.
