Default Help with Onkyo system

I own an Onkyo system and for some unavoidable reason I had to reassemble the entire system. I mean re-connecting speakers, woofer, TV etc. But now I am not getting the same output that you would expect from an Onkyo system. Though all speakers are working somehow that old effect is gone. Now it sounds more like any other hi-fi system.

I don't know what mistake I have done while re-assembling. Earlier the settings etc was done by Onkyo field engineers. I know its some minor glitch somewhere. Service guys are asking Rs. 1200 for doing that minor adjustments. Can anyone please help or direct? Is there an appropriate forum for AV related issues?
