Its -1 and -0.75 for right and left eye respectively, plus I have cylindrical powers and my powers are decreasing, doc said it will disappear later(started with -1.75 and -1.25).

my cousin had similar power like urs and it came down to -0.25 both eyes and stabilised. He claims it was due to yoga().
My specs power is -7.25 and -8.25(;>) with -1.xx cylindrycl. I am worried how will i survive the post apocalyptic period .
