I'm on BSNL 750 UL and see the speed am getting on vuze 4 on Ubuntu 8.04, I have just installed it a few minutes before and average speed is around 80kbps

What could be the reason ?

I used to get 160kbps on the same thing using BSNL
And also 215kbps with free download manager
Until I changed to VSNL

interestingly enough, similar thing happened to me yesterday... i was getting download speeds of 230kB (yes, capital B) on my airtel unltd connection... it went down to normal after half an hour but again all morning i got that high speed... back to normal now...
