Respected Sir,

I have done Hardware & Networking from CMC Ltd., Worked as Faculty at CMC & other hardware & networking institutes aswell. I have 3yrs of Teaching experience. But I didn't worked in a industry. So my practicals are weak compared to my theoritical know how. Though I want to work for Industry, I lack practical skills. Should I switch to practical industrial job now or continue with Teaching side.

If you want to join any company I would advise you to do some industrial training in any company & then apply for a job.
