Do we need to learn Websphere,ESB,OSB,SOA Suite etc?

Hello everybody.
In recent newspaper ads I find many technologies other than programming languages which the companies require. Let me list them though it may be long:

1. Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g
2. Oracle Application Dev. Framework ADF
3. Business Process Execution Language
4. Oracle JDev 11g
5. SOA Suite
6. Unified Modelling Language
7. AGILE methodologies
8. EJB
9. Weblogic
10. CICS
11. JCL
12. DB2
13. BO
14. Netcool(omnibus)
15. Lex/Yaxx
16. ADABAS
17. Oracle Enterprise Soln.
18. IBM Mainframe
19. Siebel CRM
20. Crystal Reports
21. TIBCO
22. Diff. SAP modules

Ok, enough. I left out the XMLs and Javas and .NETs.

Now my question is as fresher do we need to learn those(not all) technologies to get an extra edge?
Or just learning Java/C++/.NET/XML/AJAX/PHP will do as fresher?

If yes then which then which are the most important ones?
