BCET Durgapur WB.. is it good enough??

my Cousin has gotten admission to
Bengal College of Engineering and Technology
in Durgapur through AIEEE state counselling
he has gotten admission in Mechanical Engineering stream

Does anyone have any idea about the college?
are the faculty good enough?
He missed a seat on the BIET ,Suri
so he opted for this college.

//Offtopic, I'm from BCREC-Durgapur and BCET was our rival college. BCET was considered worse than us. At our final year, BCET really struggled for campus recruitment. That was 2006.

I've heard from my juniors that the situation has changed a lot in BCET now.

unfortunately he couldn't get into BCREC(his rank wasn't good enough)
the only ones available were BIET (Siuri)
and BCET(durgapur) and DIATM(durgapur) and Mallabhum(Bankura)

All colleges under WBUT are same

I am from BCET.I can tell you that all colleges are same (WBUT) when it comes to quality of teaching.If you talk about placement then i think techno india group of colleges provide 'relatively' good placement.
