Arena is one good destination for Anim courses they don't have Diploma in Animation, but there is

1. B.Sc in Multimedia & Animation
2. Diploma in Graphic Design
3. Diploma in Web Design

Check out frameboxx, you have option to choose which software to learn(I guess it's called BlackBoxx), no point in learning all..and if later you realize that you want to do other softwares you can just add to your current course..
