Intrested in Networking - Need some guidance!

I have completed my B.E. Electronics in 2009 and an interested in pursuing my career in networking. i am currently working with Vertex in the IT department. Now i want to know it i am on the right track, n what additional efforts should i put in? is it better 2 do CCNA or a Masters in computers by correspondence?

Please i need some guidance.

PS : Is it true u have 2 be a CCNA to get into Cisco?

If you want to make your carrer in networking CCNA is the first step. Go for it. Completing Masters will add extra spices on your carrer and CV.

A CCNA certification will certainly boost your chances of landing a job rather than a Masters by correspondence. Besides do not underestimate the value of work experience, no matter how small your current employer is.
