Need suggestion regarding PGDCA course

I have completed my B.com this year..Now i want to do Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Punjab university..I want to know whether this course has a scope in the future & i will be able to get job?

I Computer Fundamentals
II Networking Technologies , Operating System
III C & C++
IV Software Engineering , RDBMS Development with ORACLE
V Communication and Personality Development - I , Project
Semester 2
I Developing Desktop & Database Applications with Visual Basic
II Website development , Project
III Data structures
IV Developing Applications & Applets with Java Programming Language , Communication and Personality Development - II , Project

not good enough....with this course u have to do some latest ones like vb.net....c #....vc++ or what ever u want to persue further....keep in mind that after this course alone u would be only qualified for website developer.

Do u really wanna jump into IT field from Commerce???? its a long way....just my experience coz I did the same
