Mini computer at 20k

My friends,

My cousin is looking for a mobile phone through which he can do everything he can do through his computer.Like browsing,chatting,e-mailing,downloading and everything else one would think can be done.He also uses his computer for his office work.He also needs a decent 5 mp camera and a good music player in it.

His budget is 20k.
Plz help him with your valuable suggestions.

Plz also mention all the things he can do using the mobile phone that he can do with the help of his computer.

Nokia n82
Its a symbian thats (mini comp)

If he can compromise the camera and may be live with some aam aadmi quality music, there are a number of options with Windows Mobile that have large screens and make other tasks very easy.

ask him to strech his budget to 24k and go for n95 8GB..or wait a month or two months to price drop.

N95 8GB is not equal to mini computer..
Its equal to computer

Whats the main difference between N95 and N82?
and what are the shortcomings of each?

1. N95 8GB has internal storage of 8GB but no card slot.
N82 has something 150MB internal storage and a microSD card slot. You get a 2GB card with the phone.

2. N95 8GB has 2.8inch screen. N82 has 2.4inch screen.

3. N95 8GB has LED flash only. N82 has Xenon Flash.

4. N95 8GB has better music quality and more ergonomic keypad. (subjective)

5. N95 8GB is slider. N82 is candybar.

Thats all I cal think of right now.
