iPhone 16gb for 20k in delhi.... Need help from Delhi folks.

I see this add in Google a iphone goin for a ridiculuos price...
became curious and started mailing him...

the first mail response was amazing.. he wanted to buy from me after giving a ad for sell..
i thght hey may be he wanted one..

then it was weird.. he said he have a 16gb one for 19k in Delhi..unlocked...
but he never answers any pint qns to me..

like his details... or pics with a name card behind... or pics of phone on other carriers...

the most weirdest thing..i have to pay a 5000 upfront as advance even if local pickup...a blackmarket nuclear bomb sale goes like this...in movies..

so i want help from someone in delhi to find out abt this guy...so pm me to get this guys details...

i say 99% this is not honest.... that 1% .... for that this thread...

8 gb with scratches and dents is at 16500 inr and he one which is okey box opened and ok not fully new like is 25k and two with scratches only were 17k and 18599k
