Suggestion for new Data card.

Hi!
I want to buy a data card but couldn't decide which one to go for. My use is just for chatting and surfing.
Kindly tell me the best data card available in the market and also the plans( Max 1GB LIMIT).
Also tell me any other mobile internet option so that I can use net anywhr.

go for EVDO services of bsnl its cheaper hell lot
my friend owns it
he paid some 4100-4200 bucks for tht plug to surf kind of device n is on 500 rs monthly rent
n no downloading limit !!!!!
speed is also gr8

I will be using the net on the go and mostly it will be in northern region (currently i m in pune). I asked my friend about the EVDO services there but he said it hasn't started in northern region( Delhi and UP(W)).
So if there is any option plzz tell.

I am using reliance netconnect for last 6 months , i travel a lot allover india and i tell u its fantastic. great surfing evrywhere. Speed also good( video chatting possible, although bit slower but possible forlongtime) i have 1gb plan which comes to rs731/- including taxes. Modem u can buy seperate else if u take 1 year subscription to the 1gb plan u get it free
