ok, got Motorola W270 @ Rs.3075/- and SanDisk 2GB mircoSD @ Rs.450/-

He didnt give me a bill for the memory card (even though i insisted). But he said that there is 5 years warranty. Others shops flatly said no warranty. So i ended up buying from him.
