k790 problem

please help i have some problems with my k790i
1. when i try to install some application it shows memory full please delete files of your choice when i have 540MB free in memory card and 70MB free on phone.
2. my phone sometimes turns off and shows insert sim or inactive sim this happens after i have the phone in my pocket while playing.
3. sometimes my phone just hangs and just shows the sleep mode clock.
what should i do?

First try to reset your phone with the master reset option...and see wether it helps

ok will try. any way i can save my messages before doing so

Syncronise ur cell with a pc and see wether u can copy messages...btw i kno SE cells have 2 reset opt one which removes everything and d other which only restores default settings..
