Question Help me buying an entry level phone

I want to buy a new phone with price range upto 3k. Though I dont expect moch but I would like the follwing features to be there:

1. FM radio with good reception, headset socket separate from the charging one.
(with sturdy earphones, normally many go bad just by a mere pull).
2. Stopwatch that would go beyond 59:59.
3. Handsfree speakerphone.
4. Calendar with good memory.
5. Java/Wap.
6. Phone/keypad lock by password.
7. Good menu interface and input method.
8. Large phonebook and SMS memory.

If any phone You know please do tell. I may stretch the range a little bit.

How about Nokia 6030?

If you want a separate connector for headset and charger then low-end Nokia phones are your only choice!
