Dell 3yr Complete protection Vs 1yr Complete Protection... Suggestion needed

Hello friends,
I have a idea of buying dell inspirion 1720, exclusively for desktop replacement. I confused with which plan to choose... 3yr Complete protection or 1yr Complete Protection.. 3 yr plan costs 11k extra.. Is it worth for paying 11k for protection....
Need your suggestion....

Go for 3 year . It will not cost 11 k extra. Talk to Dell Guys and You should get it in 6-7K. On website , its always bigger figure mentioned. With Dell you can always bargain.I am saying this from my personal experience.

Try bargaining...but I have never seen call center giving discounts.

Yes, if your budget permits or you can spend that extra money, I feel it's worth it. Especially for Complete Cover. If the laptop takes a drop (due to some accident) and stops working, they will replace it for free. They do it, no question asked.

I've gone in for a three year warranty too on my Dell.

well u can always bargain.. its true.. they reduced my laptop price by 2000 and were offering this extended warranty at a significant discount.. read somewhere they easily give discounts at the end of year or at the end of a month(specially when they are short of target)
