I think Kingston Microsd cards are good as they provide lifetime warranty.

^^ dunno about 512 but my dad recently bought KIngston 1 gb micro from delhi in 670 /-
lifetime warranty

You can get a transcend/kingston 1gb micro sd for 440 bucks and a 2 gb for 800 bucks..
