Hi guys, i am planing to buy a new cell from gaffar markt(new delhi) without bill, guys pls tell me, 1.is it safe to buy a cell from gaffar markt without bill? 2.which would b the best cell under 14k(w/o bill)? 3.is there any particular good trustworthy shop? thanx.
