New cell from gaffar markt...

Hi guys, i am planing to buy a new cell from gaffar markt(new delhi) without bill,
guys pls tell me,

1.is it safe to buy a cell from gaffar markt without bill?

2.which would b the best cell under 14k(w/o bill)?

3.is there any particular good trustworthy shop?

1. its safe but beware of many crooked sellers ..also w/o bill there is no warranty on it so u cant replace headphones, charger claim anything.....

2. best cell in my opinion is nokia symbian series 60...........do a search in this forum and see..b/w nokia 5700 is best as ppl say

3. not as such..ask from 4-5 shops ..then compare and take ur pick

what will b the price of n73 or k790i w/o bill?
i know 5700 is a good fon but it sucks in cam dept.
my main req is a good cam(3mp or above) and a good music player.

so forget the last two and go for the n73me or the k790i...

Hey guys what abt the new se t650i, it has 3.2mp cam and looks cool too..
