Nokia Ngage if you can find any. If you want a classy phone, you can go for Nokia E61 which comes less than 18K, or you could go for E62 which is even less than E61.

Arun.. did you read the replies before posting your thanks...?? 'Coz I find that the suggestions include nokia 1110 and Moto C168 which in no way satisfy your requirements.. and also you haven't given details about your budget when it has been asked above..!!
Anyways, Nokia E series will satisfy your req I suppose..
