suggest mobile connection for fastest internet speed.

Currently i use AIRTEL mobile office for internet but it sucks big time.
I want to know if there is a service provider who provides faster internet service (price no bar, well to an extent). Both platforms GSM n CDMA are acceptable to me.
I cant take cable net or BSNL broadband bcoz i live in a hostel n these things r not allowed.
Plz suggest me a service provider.

BSNL, Reliance , TATA all have such service, but reliance- tata both unlimited scheme is much higher, BSNL has a lower range unlimited scheme, but no idea about speed.....
